pop tarts anyone?


I took a little break from sewing and made some pop tarts with the kiddos using this recipe. It was delicious! I've  never had pop tarts before so I can't compare them to the real thing, but the buttery crust with the raspberry jam filling was so good! I substituted half the flour with white whole wheat in an attempt to make them a bit healthier. My little ones had fun rolling out and crimping them too.
Now back to work!
